Aerogel nanotechnology

Izomat Wyrzysk Company offers Insigel in the form of insulation mats. It is one of the best and thinnest thermal insulation materials in the world, produced using nanotechnology. The main component of the mats is silica-based aerogel embedded in the fibers forming the material structure, making the mat flexible and easy to process. Aerogel products are nanoporous and consist of more than 90-99.8% air, making them among the most effective low-conductivity insulators in the world - lambda below 0.014 W/mK.

High thermal insulation performance, durability, acoustic insulation, fire resistance, hydrophobicity and flexibility make aerogel mats suitable for applications where traditional thermal insulation is not sufficient: areas with limited thickness, e.g. window blinds, window frames, doors, window sills, exterior doors, internal walls and ceilings separating heated and unheated zones, heated elements or installations with small bending radii, and balcony slabs.

Porogel Medium Spaceloft (PMS) has obtained the European fire classification ETA-A and C-s1, d0.

1. Insulation mats are delivered on disposable pallets - 2 rolls/pallet.

2. Roll weight is approximately 95 kg.

3. Any quantity can be ordered in m² or linear meters, cut from a roll with mat width of 1.45 m or 1.5 m.

- PMS thickness 5 mm - width 1.45 m x length 76 m = 111 m²/roll

- PMS thickness 10 mm - width 1.45 m x length 41 m = 60 m²/roll

Thickness 5 mm over 100 m² and thickness 10 mm over 50 m² - 8% discount.

Thickness 5 mm over 200 m² and thickness 10 mm over 100 m² - 10% discount.

Thickness 5 mm over 500 m² and thickness 10 mm over 200 m² - 15% discount.

The net price of 137 PLN/m² applies to PMS thickness 5 mm.

We apply quantity discounts from 3% to 15%.
