Altech ALstep Labeling Head

ALTECH ALstep is a compact, cost-effective self-adhesive label applicator with a robust and reliable design. It performs excellently even in the most demanding production environments.

The ALstep head can be mounted on a stand next to the production line - for label application from the side, top, or bottom. Thanks to its compact size and adjustable components, it can be part of multi-head labeling systems or be integrated with packaging machines, such as flowpack machines, vertical packaging machines, etc.

The ALstep machine is available in the following variants:

ALstep S, M, T
S - maximum label width 100 mm, maximum labeling speed 30 m/min
M - maximum label width 200 mm, maximum labeling speed 20 m/min
T - integrated with a SATO thermal transfer printing module or another module

ALstep E

The most economical head variant with a simplified controller and labeling speed of up to 15 m/min. Maximum label width: 100 mm.
