Automatic LDPE garbage bag sealing machine

Automatic sealing machine for garbage bags. A specialized industrial device designed for continuous production of plastic bags from PE tube film. The machine performs sealing, cutting and - depending on the configuration - winding of finished bags onto a roll. Its purpose is to ensure fast, repeatable and high-quality production.

Main functions:

Automatic film unwinding and feeding from the roll.

Precise film sealing.

Cutting bags to the set size.

Electronic control - the control panel allows setting the bag length, operating speed, temperature and number of bags per roll.

Winding or stacking finished bags, depending on the version.

Control sensors, including film tension and temperature sensors.

Sealing unit - heating bars and cooling system.

Bag cutting system.

Electric drive with speed control - inverter.

Photoelectric and thermal sensors.

There are 3 machines available with similar parameters. They worked together in 3 shifts, with a different bag size set on each sealing machine.

The machines were mainly used to produce classic black bags with a thickness of 0.02 - 0.04 mm.

They are ideal for producing bags made of biocompostable film.

LDPE film, so-called freezer film, can also be set so that the bags are tear-off from the roll.
