Granulation line for bags and flexible packaging
The machine is designed for recycling bags, flexible packaging and other soft waste made of PP, PE, LDPE and HDPE. It can process shopping bags, waste bags, woven bags, Big-Bags, FIBC bags, jumbo bags and polypropylene raffia waste, among other materials.
The material is compacted, plasticized, filtered and converted into granules of uniform shape and size. A properly selected feeding system ensures stable operation, including with lightweight, fluffy or partially moist feedstock.
The line can be equipped with a water-ring hot-cutting system, vacuum degassing and an automatic filtration system. This helps reduce contaminant content and produces granules suitable for reuse in manufacturing processes.
Applications: PP and PE bags, Big-Bags, woven bags, shopping bags, flexible packaging and raffia waste.
