The cascade plastics regranulation line with an agglomerator and two extruders is designed to process highly contaminated, printed, foamed and high-moisture post-production materials.
If modification of the input material is required, the line can be equipped with the necessary gravimetric or volumetric dosing feeders.
Our cascade extruder provides effective homogenization of materials that require a longer extrusion process and additional degassing.
For heavily printed and moisture-laden materials, we offer double vacuum degassing with a cleanout on the first extruder, an additional filtration system installed in the first barrel, and standard gravity degassing between the two screws.
We place great importance on the screen changers. During the technical consultation stage, our experts assess the type of material, its contamination level and moisture content. Depending on the evaluation of the feedstock, we can offer plate screens in various diameters, piston screen changers or increasingly popular self-cleaning screen changers.
The high quality of the materials used for the screws, barrels and other components enables continuous operation over long periods.
Our lines are equipped with material drying systems. Depending on the material type, we offer a centrifuge or vibrating screen. An additional drying component is a pneumatic material conveying system leading to the buffer silo.
The die type and cutting method are selected according to the material's MFI value and, when fillers are required, their properties. Our machines use water-ring pelletizing, underwater pelletizing or hot-face air pelletizing systems.
Our machines feature Siemens SMART series touch panels and software. An installed GSM/Wi-Fi module allows our service team to connect directly to the machine and diagnose problems remotely. In many cases, this enables faults to be resolved quickly and at no additional cost.
The control cabinet is fitted with components from renowned manufacturers such as Siemens, ABB, OMRON and Schneider. This ensures easy access to spare parts after the warranty period. High-grade electrical components also ensure reliable operation of systems protecting the machine against electrical overload, excessive pressure in the plasticizing system and excessive deviations from the set temperature.
