We present a modern, fully automated line for washing LDPE and LLDPE film, PP bags and rigid plastics, designed for maximum efficiency and reliability in recycling plants.

Line components:

A flotation tank made entirely of stainless steel, measuring 8 m in length, 2.3 m in width and 2.15 m in depth, equipped with two chambers and 6 transfer drums, with the option to operate using 4 drums.

Stainless steel chains and bearings provide long service life and corrosion resistance.

Gear motors from the renowned SEW and NORD brands, equipped with frequency inverters, ensure smooth and energy-efficient operation.

The first chamber is equipped with a perforated pipe featuring a screen with 3 mm openings and an auger that moves the material forward. Air nozzles effectively remove floating and non-floating contaminants.

The second chamber is equipped with drums that transfer floating material and an auger that removes contaminants from the bottom.

The washer-centrifuge and vertical centrifuge are made of stainless steel and designed for automatic, unattended operation.

Cyclones with support frames, as well as belt and screw conveyors, are also made of stainless steel and ensure process continuity and high throughput.

Throughput:

Soft film washing: approximately 500-550 kg/h.

Rigid plastics washing: approximately 800-900 kg/h.
