The separator is designed to separate non-ferrous metals, such as copper, aluminium and brass, from a waste stream.
The eddy current separator is equipped with a high-speed magnetic rotor that generates eddy currents in non-magnetic metals through changes in the magnetic field. Non-ferrous metal exposed to this field is repelled and separated from the conveyed material.
