DATRIA s.r.o. is a Czech manufacturer of extruders and extrusion lines designed to produce a range of plastic and rubber products.
The extruders are fitted with Baumüller (DE) motors with IE4 efficiency rating, compared with standard IE2 motors.
We use Schneider electrical components and Osaka PID controllers, which are also used in Engel injection moulding machines.
The machines have nitrided or bimetallic plasticising units, Dynisco pressure sensors and ETB (DE) heaters.
The barrels have thermal insulation around the heaters, and the extruders are designed to reduce electricity consumption.
