KNC-KS-1000 is a modern, modular system designed for precise measurement and control of layflat film width on blown film production lines.

The advanced non-contact measuring bar, equipped with two infrared sensors, quickly and reliably detects the film edges and provides accurate data on its actual width.

Key advantage of the KNC-KS-1000
The measurement is taken after film shrinkage. This makes the device suitable for applications where the bubble circumference is traditionally monitored, providing greater repeatability and improved process control.

For maximum precision, the KNC-KS-1000 system should be installed directly next to the guide roller, preferably between two dedicated rollers. This ensures maximum reading stability and quality.
