Film squeezer - machine for drying PE and PP film

ARGUS MASZYNY offers a squeezer designed for dewatering and homogenizing washed LDPE, HDPE and stretch film, as well as PE-AL laminate separated from Tetra Pak packaging. The machine significantly reduces the volume of the dried material and enables it to be fed directly into an extruder. The squeezer is fully automated. The input material undergoes thermal treatment and homogenization, resulting in a final moisture content of 3 to 5% and a tenfold reduction in volume. Using the squeezer can considerably reduce energy consumption because an agglomerator, pipe dryers and centrifuges can be eliminated from the production line. Parameters such as capacity and suitability for a particular material are selected individually according to customer requirements. The machine can be used as the final component of a washing line or combined with a dedicated washing mill, depending on the contamination level of the input material.
