We supply high-quality, German-made flexible heated hoses designed for heating various media.
As standard, the flexible heated hoses are equipped with a type J temperature sensor featuring an insulated measuring junction. A type K thermocouple with an insulated measuring junction, a Pt100 resistance sensor or another type of temperature sensor is available upon request. Each heated hose must be controlled by a temperature controller to prevent damage caused by overheating. Standard versions must not be used in EX potentially explosive atmospheres.
Typical applications of flexible heated hoses include heating transferred media such as oil, grease, wax, adhesive, paints, tar, water, milk, chocolate, carbon dioxide, plastics, resin, lye, acids, engine gases, industrial gases, air, blast furnace gases and others.
