FRIGOSYSTEM Srl, owner of the COREMA brand, offers temperature controllers, also known as thermostats, heating-cooling units or ovens.

They are used for temperature control of water and diathermic oil.

Cooling is performed directly or indirectly, via a heat exchanger, or by connection to a chiller cooling circuit.

Water temperature controller, model TRW:

Water temperature control up to 180 °C - main benefits:

Thermo-chiller, model HCA

This is a combined heating and cooling unit.

It is a compact all-in-one solution integrating cooling and temperature control processes in one monoblock unit for any industrial application.

The unit is equipped with a cooling circuit connected to one or more temperature-controlled devices.

The HCA model is configured according to the needs of the customer and the application.

The technical requirements for machine configuration are:

- cooling capacity
- number of zones

For each zone, the following information should be provided:

- pump capacity
- required pressure, heating capacity and 3-way modulating valve

Thermo-chiller, model HC

The Frigosystem HC thermo-chiller is a compact multifunctional unit integrating cooling and temperature control processes in one device for any industrial process.

The unit is electronically controlled by a central digital microprocessor, allowing the operator to set up to 3 different outlet water temperatures.

It is equipped with an LCD display with intuitive graphics and text descriptions for all operating functions and alarms.

Cooling

The cooling phase is carried out by a refrigeration system using environmentally friendly gas and durable hermetic compressors.

Water condensation is highly effective even in the most critical ambient conditions.

The free cooling function can maximize energy savings by stopping the compressors when the ambient temperature is favorable.

The chilled water tank is made of stainless steel. The heat exchangers are also made of stainless steel.

Centrifugal pumps are equipped with a by-pass.

The unit features automatic water feeding.

The hydraulic circuit is made of fully insulated stainless steel pipes.

Heating

The unit is equipped as standard with 1 or 2 independent temperature-controlled outlets, with a third outlet available as an option on request. The temperature range is from -10 to 90 °C.

Each utility outlet can be adapted to the user's individual needs depending on the application, with variable water pressure, water flow and heating capacity. The heaters are made of AISI 316.

Precise temperature control of ± 0.5 °C is achieved by means of 3-way modulating valves.

Frigosystem HC chiller electronic controllers ensure excellent connectivity with other devices.

They are flexible in programming, can be adapted to the most demanding applications and provide excellent local and remote control thanks to the FS i-LINK connectivity module.

The user-friendly and intuitive interface is operated via a large backlit graphic display with several multifunction keys.

- extrusion or lamination, including roller heating in the initial phase, followed by cooling and continuous temperature control with one HC unit
