Product description
LDPE regranulate with MFI 1.2 in grey is produced from post-industrial LDPE cosmetic tubes. The raw material comes from a homogeneous, controlled waste stream, ensuring consistent quality of each batch and stable processing parameters. The regranulate is produced using melt filtration with 200-micron screens. At the customer's request, the density of the filter screens used can be adjusted to individual technological and quality requirements.
Applications
The regranulate is intended mainly for extrusion and blow moulding processes, including:
- technical films, sleeves and tapes in grey,
- bags, hoods, interlayers, fillers,
- protective sleeves, covers, bushings,
- small-sized elements formed by extrusion blow moulding,
- protective pipes,
- cable ducts,
- low-pressure technical pipes,
- flexible hoses.
