Device description

The DP 02 series label dispenser is an industrial self-adhesive label feeder designed to facilitate product labeling in any manufacturing sector. It is equipped with a programmable label sensor and can be used with labels of any shape, including single-color, multicolor and transparent labels. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for use wherever space on the production line is limited.

The feeder can operate in manual mode, by pressing the ESC key or pedal, as well as in fully automatic mode. In this mode, after the label peeled from the backing is removed, the next label is automatically dispensed. The dispenser is equipped with an LCD display and software that allows several different label lengths to be defined, as well as the number of labels to be dispensed to be read or set on the counter within the range of 0 to 9999 pcs. The dispenser is available in two versions, depending on the maximum label width - DP 02 (up to 150 mm), DP03 (up to 70 mm).
