We offer high-quality German-made plastometers.

The “Melt-FloW basic” plastometer is designed to measure the melt mass-flow rate MFR in g/10 min in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1133, ASTM D 1238, BS 2782 Method A and similar standards.

The “Melt-FloW basic” offers the following features:
- strong and durable model for loads up to 21.6 kg
- ergonomic and modern design
- accurate and stable temperature control
- temperature range up to +400°C, optional up to +450°C on request
- integrated device for cutting off the extruding material
- microprocessor-controlled PID temperature controller
- extensive equipment, such as a motorized weight lifting unit
- optional feature: inert gas blanket

The “MeltFloW @on” plastometer is designed to measure the melt mass-flow rate MFR in g/10 min, as well as the melt volume-flow rate MVR in cm³/10 min, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1133, ASTM D 1238, BS 2782 Method A+B and similar standards.

The “MeltFloW @on” offers the following features:
- modular plastometer allowing various options, such as an automatic cut-off device and a motorized weight lifting unit, to be easily added at any time
- highly accurate linear displacement transducer - 50 measured values
- clear and user-friendly Windows k-BASE software for device control and data analysis, including reference, statistical and filtering functions
- optional feature: inert gas blanket
