The DFD dehumidified air dryer is a continuous central dryer for drying plastic granules to a final moisture content of 0.02% or lower, depending on the material to be dried. The DFD series is equipped with two molecular sieves.
The DFD dryer is used for drying hygroscopic plastics, non-hygroscopic plastics and reregrind in the temperature range of 60-140̊C (optional HT 60-180 ̊C version).
The DFD dryer can be connected to several DH drying tanks in the range of 15-800 liters. The DH tanks can optionally be installed together with the DFD central dryer on a mobile support frame.
Labotek MDFD dryer, like other Labotek products, has a 3-year warranty.
DFD is available with microprocessor control with touch control panel or PLC controller.
