GreenWay Polymers r-PP light grey regranulate is produced by recycling washing machines and regranulation on an EREMA machine. The system includes vacuum degassing and a laser filter for continuous operation with a 150 µm screen.
MFI: 7-8 g/10 min (2.16 kg; 230°C)
Granule size: 2.5-4 mm
Moisture: max. 0.20%
RAL 7038
The regranulate contains fillers in the form of chalk/talc (30%) and trace amounts of glass fiber.
