ARGUS MASZYNY offers monolayer blown film lines designed to produce a wide range of film sleeves and strips from materials such as LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE.
Adjustable film width and thickness allow the finished products to be used in packaging, refuse bag production and the food industry, among other applications.
Blown film lines offered by ARGUS MASZYNY feature high output, a modern inverter-based control system and fully automated control of the preset temperature. The use of high-quality 38CrMoAlA material in the plasticizing unit ensures excellent polymer homogenization and high mechanical strength of the extruder. This enables the processing of lower-quality recycled material without reducing output or adversely affecting the extruder's mechanical components.
The blown film lines can optionally be equipped with a rotating die head, automatic granulate feeder, ionizer, manual screen changer and automatic or semi-automatic single- or double-sided winders.
All machines and installations are designed and configured according to each customer's individual requirements.
