Our line configuration includes PCB shredding and metal separation.
The feedstock is crushed to obtain a mixture of metal and fibre-resin powder. The metal and resin are then separated using an airflow separator and an electrostatic separator. Dust is conveyed to a baghouse dust collector equipped with a pulse-jet cleaning system.
The line consists of the following equipment:
