Depending on its configuration, the film washing line can clean heavily contaminated films, including agricultural films, as well as printed and oily films and films used in industry, agriculture, and food packaging. The main components of the line are made of high-quality stainless steel, which significantly extends its service life.
Available capacities are 500, 1000, 1200, 1500, and 2000 kg/h. Higher capacities are available as multiples of these values. The final capacity is adjusted to the type of material and its contamination level.
The high level of automation of our lines helps optimize the production process, save energy, and reduce the number of personnel required for operation.
An innovative squeezer installed at the end of the line for drying and compacting the washed material provides significant economic benefits in subsequent production stages. Among other advantages, it can reduce the storage area required for washed material by approximately ten times and eliminate the need for an agglomerator upstream of the extruder.
