Film pelletizing line
The line is designed for processing waste plastic films, including agricultural, stretch, shrink and packaging films, as well as PE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, BOPP and BOPET films.
The material can undergo shredding, cleaning, dewatering, compacting, plasticizing and filtration. The plastic is then formed into uniform pellets that can be reused in the production of plastic products.
The specially designed feeding and compacting system facilitates the processing of lightweight, flexible and wet materials while reducing the risk of film wrapping, blockages and uneven material feeding. The line configuration can be adapted to the type of film, its contamination level and the required throughput.
Applications: agricultural film, stretch film, packaging film, shopping bags, plastic bags, shrink film, printed waste and post-production waste.
