Plastic bottle and container pelletizing line

The line is designed to process shredded bottles, canisters, drums, and other packaging made from materials including PET and HDPE.

The waste is shredded and cleaned, then fed into the extrusion system. During plasticization, the material undergoes filtration and degassing, which removes moisture, residual volatile contaminants, and some substances generated during plastic melting.

The final product is homogeneous pellets that can be used to manufacture new packaging, pipes, profiles, injection-molded components, and other plastic products. The equipment design and process parameters are selected according to the type of polymer being processed.

Applications: beverage bottles, milk and household chemical bottles, food packaging, canisters, drums, and industrial containers.
