The pre-washing centrifuge is designed for washing heavily contaminated film and rigid plastics.
It is used before the first flotation tank. The centrifuge opens the film flakes and washes them thoroughly, which increases flotation efficiency in the subsequent production process. The special blade arrangement is characterized by low energy consumption with an output of 1500 kg/h of LLDPE agricultural film at the line outlet.
