ARGUS MASZYNY offers pulverizers designed for soft and rigid materials such as LDPE, HDPE, PE, PP, PC, PS, EVA, TPU, PET, ABS, PA and PVC, including rigid PVC with a CaCO3 content above 30%.
1. Sealed grinding process - no dust generation during operation.
2. Automatic feeding, discharging and sorting.
3. Simple adjustment of the grinding gap using a feeler gauge and mounting screws.
4. The grinding chamber is equipped with a water-cooling system or a dual water-and-air cooling system that cools the chamber, bearings and disc.
5. The energy-efficient model uses permanent-magnet synchronous motors, increasing capacity by 5-15%. The total reduction in energy consumption is 20-35%.
6. The range also includes a pulverizer combining energy-efficient motors with a dual grinding chamber. It provides a grinding capacity of up to 1,600 kg/h while consuming 30% less energy than conventional solutions with the same capacity.
