RHONG RG-56E heavy-duty plastic granulator

The RG-56E range processes plastic parts and bulky production scrap. When selecting a model, consider the dimensions of the largest part, its wall thickness and the feeding arrangement.

Published catalogue specifications for the listed standard models are as follows: RG-5680E - 37 kW motor and 800 × 800 mm cutting chamber; RG-56100E - 45 kW motor and 800 × 1000 mm cutting chamber; RG-56120E - 55 kW motor and 800 × 1200 mm cutting chamber. The rotor speed for these models is 560 rpm.

Cutting chamber dimensions are not feed opening dimensions. Throughput depends on the material, screen and feeding conditions. Confirm the current model specification and included options in the quotation. These references do not define the specification of other RG configurations.
