We design and manufacture machines for low-pressure dispensing, mixing and injection of two-component resins and polyurethane systems.

Our equipment is designed for the application of low- and medium-viscosity materials, particularly in casting and low-pressure mould filling processes.

RIM technology - Reaction Injection Moulding

RIM technology involves mixing reactive components and introducing the prepared mixture into a mould, where a chemical reaction and material curing take place.

A correctly selected dispensing and mixing system enables control of the amount of material supplied and maintains the required component ratio.

Available mixing systems:

Static mixing - using static mixers without moving parts.
Dynamic mixing - using a mixing head fitted with a mechanically driven mixing element.

The mixing head type is selected according to the properties of the processed material, component ratio and technological process requirements.
