Automatic AI (Artificial Intelligence) sorting system
The combination of an optical separator and a robotic arm enables simultaneous sorting of five types of whole products without prior shredding. The machine distinguishes PET, PP, HDPE and PS bottles and packaging, as well as paper and TETRA PAK packaging.
The machine stores 20 material types in its memory, including HDPE bottles, PET bottles, PP boxes, rigid plastics, wooden packaging, TETRA PAK packaging, corrugated paper and cans. Its capacity is approximately 5,000 items per hour.
