The RQ-8CR/FB machine features high speed, automatic strap loading with a re-feed function in a two-roll system, empty loop ejection, and a lubrication-free sealing head. The RQ-8CR packaging machine also has a safe double tensioning system.
Large frame dimensions of 1650 x 500, upper package pressing, and variable conveyor speed are options previously uncommon in machines of this type. These solutions allow 5-6 mm strapping to operate quickly and effectively while maintaining the continuity of a high-performance production line in the corrugated board, carton, and paper industries.
For high-performance production, the RQ-8CR/FD machine is now available with a two-roll strap system and automatic switching to a new, full roll of strapping.
This newly designed system helps eliminate production line downtime caused by replacing and loading a new strap roll.
