Rust-Oleum Hard Hat zinc spray is intended for cold galvanising.
HH zinc spray contains pure zinc as a pigment and provides cathodic protection for surfaces.
• 90% pure zinc in the dry paint film
• Cathodic protection for bare and galvanised steel
• More paint in the aerosol compared with lower-cost sprays
• Consistent and high coverage
• Application possible from 0°C
• Special nozzle designed to reduce overspray
• Safe to use - contains no lead or chromates
• Withstands 500 hours of salt spray testing (DIN 50021 SS)
• Fast drying - touch dry after 10 minutes
• Recoatable after 1 hour, brush application after 4 hours
• Temperature resistance up to 450°C
