JK-2 semi-automatic strapping machine

The JK-2 is a semi-automatic strapping machine with a built-in service mode that enables step-by-step troubleshooting. It is designed for strapping packages with polypropylene strap. The machine has a low number of moving parts. It memorizes the strap length adjusted to the circumference of the packaged product and automatically feeds it during subsequent strapping cycles.

The JK-2 provides continuously adjustable strapping tension from 3 to 40 kg, allowing it to be used for highly delicate items. The table height and strap width can be changed easily without additional parts. Its durable and robust construction ensures reliable and quiet operation.

The step-by-step service mode performs each operation of the complete strapping cycle in sequence. This allows machine operators to identify and quickly resolve potential problems without assistance from a service technician.

The JK-2 features a new strap reel brake design that eliminates friction linings. It also uses a new self-lubricating sealing head for long and trouble-free operation. The machine is designed for quick and easy replacement of cutting blades and other wear parts.

Using two DC motors, the D-53 was designed as a beltless semi-automatic polypropylene strapping machine. The D-53 is a second-generation design developed by STRAPACK CORPORATION.

To improve reliability, the number of moving parts has been reduced to a minimum. The D-53 uses a new microprocessor that improves machine operation and strap tension control.
