The plastics regranulation line, equipped with an agglomerator and a single extruder, is designed to process clean post-production materials.
In the standard line configuration, the material is transported to the agglomerator by a belt conveyor. Optionally, film can be fed using an unwinding system. The drives of the belt conveyor and unwinding unit are synchronized and controlled by a frequency inverter. The belt feed and film unwinding speeds are adjusted automatically according to the compactor filling level. A metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor to stop it automatically and signal the detection of metal components.
If the input material needs to be modified, the line can be equipped with suitable gravimetric or volumetric dosing feeders.
Our single-screw extruder provides effective material homogenization and degassing.
For materials with higher moisture content, we offer a dual vacuum degassing system equipped with a cleaning unit.
We attach great importance to filtration screens. During the technical consultation stage, our experts assess the type of material, its contamination level and moisture content. Based on the evaluation of the feedstock, we can offer plate screen changers in various diameters, piston screen changers or increasingly popular self-cleaning screen systems.
The high quality of the materials used for the screw and barrel, as well as the other components, enables long-term, continuous operation.
Our lines are equipped with material drying systems. Depending on the material type, we offer a centrifuge or vibrating screen. Additional drying is provided by a pneumatic material conveying system connected to a buffer silo.
The die type and cutting method are selected according to the material's MFI value and, when fillers are used, their properties. Our machines use water-ring, underwater and air-cutting systems.
Our machines feature touch panels with Siemens SMART series software. An installed GSM/Wi-Fi module allows our service team to connect to the machine remotely and diagnose problems online. In many cases, this enables faults to be resolved quickly and at no additional cost.
The control cabinets contain components from renowned manufacturers such as Siemens, ABB, OMRON and Schneider. This ensures easy access to spare parts after the warranty period. High-quality electrical components also support the reliable operation of systems protecting the machine against electrical overload, excessive pressure in the plasticizing system and excessive temperature deviations from the set value.
