The single-shaft crusher with a hydraulic pusher is designed for shredding hard, thick-walled materials such as pipes, lumps, rubber and containers. The hydraulic pusher moves the material towards the rotor and holds it in place for more effective shredding. The pusher is inclined at an angle of 15 degrees relative to the shaft, resulting in 20% higher throughput compared with a horizontal pusher. This solution also enables material to be shredded from above, rather than only from the front. The pusher speed and force can be adjusted.
The shaft is made of high-strength steel. Its design ensures static and dynamic balance, providing smooth and reliable machine operation. Different shaft designs are used depending on the type of material.
To extend the machine's service life, the bearings are located outside the housing.
The hydraulic screen changer enables quick screen replacement.
The shredded material can undergo further processing, for example in mills or pulverizers.
