TRENNSO SIS - sorting table

Separation equipment from the German company TRENNSO.

The material is fed into the screening box by a distribution device.

The screener is mounted on steel springs on a robust steel frame and is dust-resistant. Two upper eccentric motors set the unit into vibration. The screens are inserted into the screen box and can be easily replaced thanks to a unique rotary mechanism.

As standard, the SIS screener consists of two screen layers. The upper layer is a robust 3D honeycomb screen, while the lower layer is a PU expansion roller. The hole sizes can be selected freely.

Depending on the product, the inclination and speed can be freely adjusted to achieve optimal throughput and accurate classification of the screened material. The screen can also be connected to an aspiration system.

The machine is available in various widths and lengths. Depending on the application or abrasiveness of the separated material, different wear lining options are available, including HARDOX, PU and stainless steel.
