The twin-shaft toothed crusher is designed for shredding drums, PE and PP containers, car tires, and wooden and plastic pallets.
The shafts are made of high-strength steel. Their design provides suitable static and dynamic properties, ensuring smooth and reliable machine operation.
In AMWT series twin-shaft crushers, the course and result of the crushing process depend on the thickness of the cutting discs and the number of hooked blades around each disc. Proper blade selection affects throughput and the ability to process various materials.
The shredder blade geometry can be adapted to the processed material. Two counter-rotating shafts with specially designed blades and spacer combs, positioned between the blades and attached to the walls of the shredding chamber, cut the material into pieces with high force.
