The twin-shaft toothed crusher with a hydraulic pusher is designed for shredding bulky materials such as barrels, PE and PP containers, car tires, vehicle bodies and various types of metal waste.
The shafts are made of high-strength steel. Their design balances static and dynamic properties, ensuring smooth and reliable machine operation.
In the AMWT series twin-shaft crusher, the crushing process and its result depend on the thickness of the cutting discs and the number of hooked blades around each disc. Selecting the appropriate blades affects performance and enables the crushing of various materials.
The shredder blade geometry can be adapted to the processed material. The machine is equipped with two counter-rotating shafts with specially designed blades. Spacer combs are positioned between the blades and attached to the walls of the shredding chamber.
Depending on the machine model and the type of material processed, throughput ranges from 300 to 5,000 kg/h.
