We would like to inform you that we are currently offering a used OMV line for the production of PP thermoforming sheet from the German market.
The OMV line from 1994, with a D100 mm extruder, 33 l/d, 172 kW power, a D60 mm co-extruder and 3 cooling rolls with diameters of 400/400/350 mm, is designed for the production of PP thermoforming sheet with a width of 1150 mm and thickness from 0.3 to 1.5 (2.0) mm, with an output of 400 kg/h.
The line has a granulate mixing and dosing system for 3+1 components.
Film haul-off with MEIER film winding station. The line is located in Germany, is in very good condition and ready for operation. Line inspection is possible upon request.
