We are a manufacturer of plastic products based in Bielawa (Lower Silesia, 60 km from Wrocław, 175 km from Görlitz, Germany).

Ace Rico Polska was founded in 2007.

Thanks to our experience and reliability, several major customers (automotive, household appliances, electronics) have placed their trust in us. We manufacture parts from plastics such as ABS, PC/ABS and PP.

We provide our services on injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 150 t, 200 t, 250 t, 300 t, 350 t, 450 t, 650 t and 1300 t from Krauss Maffei, LS and WooJin.

We have 3500 m2 of warehouse space.

Our machinery:

• 19 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 150 to 1300 tonnes
• 6 fully equipped assembly lines
• pad printing machine
• hot stamping machine
• two painting lines
  

Our capabilities:

• Three-shift operation, 7 days a week, depending on requirements.
• Additional assembly workstations at the customer's request
• 24-hour operation (3 shifts, 7 days a week) on injection moulding machines
• Two-shift operation in the paint shop, 6 days a week.

We currently have available capacity on our machines, in the paint shop and in assembly.
