ALEX Sp. z o.o. is a company with many years of experience in manufacturing components for automotive LPG systems. This experience now allows it to carry out highly demanding and complex production projects for various industries and sectors.
As part of business-to-business cooperation, we offer comprehensive contract injection moulding services. These include project consultancy, manufacturing of injection moulds and injection moulding of plastic parts. We specialise in manufacturing parts from thermoplastics that require special processing conditions.
Our machine park includes machines:
- electric and hydraulic,
- with vertical and horizontal injection units,
- with rotary tables,
- with clamping force of up to 80 t,
- with reinforced plasticising units for thermoplastics.
An important part of our company is the quality control department, equipped with modern measuring machines.
We also have a large park of CNC machines, which we use to provide contract machining services.
