• Full-service support (from A to Z): The company carries out projects from the concept phase, through Mold-Flow simulations, rapid prototyping (3D printing), and the design and construction of injection moulds at its affiliated company Aplex Tools, to high-volume series production.
• Machinery and production capacity: The company operates a modern, automated production hall with an area of 3,500 m². It has 28 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 70 to 1,300 tonnes, allowing the production of parts weighing from 1 g up to 9 kg.
• Advanced technologies: In addition to standard injection moulding, the company carries out advanced processes such as:
  • Two-component (2K) injection moulding
  • Gas-assisted injection moulding
  • In-mould labelling (IML – In-Mould Labeling)
  • Production from wood-plastic composites (WPC – Wood Plastic Composites).
• Cooperation model: The company manufactures products using moulds supplied by external customers or designs and builds dedicated tools in-house.
