Activity description
We injection mould plastic parts with a shot weight of up to 160 g. We operate three injection moulding machines. We design and manufacture injection moulds and blow moulds, as well as custom plastic components. We carry out new projects using various production technologies.
We specialise in automated production using surface flocking on equipment of our own design. We design and manufacture flocking machines, including:
- flocking chambers for bottom-up flocking of parts mounted on fixtures,
- carousel machines for automatic flocking,
- lines for flocking large components (up to 3000 × 1000 × 100 mm) – flocking of the front surface and sides in a single cycle,
- plastic injection moulding services,
- CNC machining services,
- EDM (electrical discharge machining) and wire EDM cutting services.
