BiPLAST s.c. specialises in the production of parts for Polish and European companies in the industrial automation, power connector, household appliance and electrical power metering instrument sectors.

We process most thermoplastics, including modified materials, e.g. glass-fibre reinforced or flame-retardant grades.

We operate injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 8 to 120 tonnes, which allows us to produce both very small mouldings (smaller than a match head) and larger parts such as housings and bodies.

We have our own toolroom, where we make injection moulds and carry out routine repairs, modifications and maintenance of tools, which ensures continuity of production.

We offer a complete service – from the design of a custom product and the manufacture of the tool to the production of finished mouldings.
