BPS Solutions is a highly specialised toolroom with an extensive machine park of more than 30 CNC machines and a team of experienced staff.

The company offers precision metal machining services, including:

• 3- and 5-axis CNC milling
• CNC and conventional turning
• boring, drilling and tapping
• surface and cylindrical grinding
• wire EDM (WEDM) cutting
• sinker EDM
• MIG, MAG and TIG welding
• laser and waterjet cutting
• finishing operations such as polishing, lapping, sandblasting, powder coating and painting

The company also provides heat and surface treatment, including hardening, blackening, oxidising, copper plating, nitriding and other processes.

It accepts orders for one-off, short- and medium-run production from materials such as tool steels, special steels and quality steels up to 75 HRC, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastics.

It also carries out production orders on injection moulding machines.

The company manufactures injection moulds, blow moulds and rubber moulds, blanking dies, stamping dies, special tools and fixtures, dies, punches, knives, guillotine blades and other specialised components.
