Carbognani S.p.A.

Carbognani S.p.A. from Parma (Italy) has been producing sacks, big bags and fabrics for more than a century. The business goes back to the early 1900s, when Elvira Maggi began collecting, repairing and reselling used jute sacks in the province of Parma. Under Arnaldo Carbognani it grew into agricultural and industrial packaging and, from the 1960s, into international markets. The fourth generation of the family now runs the company.

• big bags (FIBC), including a version with 30% certified post-consumer recycled PP
• polypropylene sacks
• jute and net sacks
• fabrics in rolls

Standard sacks and big bags are kept in stock, and custom versions are made for agriculture, food, mining, chemicals and construction. Production lines are located in several regions of the world. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and ISO 45001 certificates and AEO status.
