Drum Clean Recycling (DCR) was established in 2006.

We started our niche business with the reconditioning of steel and plastic drums, and then introduced further products and services, such as the reconditioning of IBC containers, the production of RECO IBC containers and the reconditioning of stainless steel tanks.

For several years we have also been producing high-quality regranulates from processed packaging waste.

Our HDPE regranulates are used in blow moulding, extrusion and injection moulding applications.

The feedstock used in production consists of drums and jerrycans made from virgin material.

The production process includes degassing and filtration of the material, which results in a regranulate of very high quality.

The plastics washing processes are carried out in a closed water loop, which improves the environmental profile of our product and our operations.

Our recycling and regranulate production department has a laboratory where we test the parameters of raw materials, intermediate products and finished regranulates.

Before delivery to the customer, we carry out the following tests:

• moisture content of the product by weight
  
• melt flow rate (MFR) according to ISO 1133

Our technology allows us to develop our own regrind formulations and thereby adjust the melt flow rate (MFR).
