Our technical facilities allow us to provide a complete service – from product design, through mould manufacture and trials, to final series production. We have extensive experience in producing technical mouldings for the automotive, electronics, gas, telecommunications and household appliance industries.

The thermoplastics we process most often include PC, PS, ABS, SAN, PP, PA and PBT, including grades reinforced with up to 50% glass fibre.

We operate injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 100 to 1080 tonnes. Our machine park is based on the latest technologies – all injection moulding machines are equipped with microprocessor control and can operate hydraulic and pneumatic cores. To meet the most demanding requirements, our machines are fitted with mould temperature controllers, hot runner controllers and three-axis robots.

We also specialise in the production of PTFE rods and sheets and their CNC machining. We are the only company in Poland and one of few worldwide that colour this material without loss of its mechanical and chemical properties.

In addition to production, we also offer the following services:

• CNC machining of metals and metal alloys,
• design and manufacture of injection moulds,
• packing of manufactured parts, printing and decoration (screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping),
• assembly of finished products into assemblies and subassemblies,
• full logistics (D2D, EXW, consignment stock, JIT).
