Activity description

DROK Sp.J. is a family-owned manufacturing company with more than 30 years of experience in plastics processing. We specialise in the production of injection moulded parts, handling short and medium runs as well as series production.

We process a wide range of engineering and structural plastics, including ABS, ASA, PA6, POM, PP, PE, PC and thermoplastic elastomers. We also have experience in processing modified and reinforced plastics, including grades with glass fibre (GF), talc, PTFE, glass beads (GB), silicone oil, flame retardants (V0) and other additives that improve material properties.

We operate our own fleet of ARBURG injection moulding machines and have experience in producing parts for the construction and industrial sectors.

We also support projects at the production preparation stage. We work with customers and toolmakers on the preparation of injection moulds, take part in mould trials and supervise the implementation and start-up of production. This allows us to support a project from tool preparation through to the start of repeatable production.

We also offer pad printing, assembly, packaging and preparation of products for shipment.

Our strength lies in combining many years of manufacturing experience with a practical approach to project costs and profitability. We analyse options for optimising the process and production costs, helping to select solutions that are suitable from both a technical and a business point of view.
