Ecopolplast Sp. z o.o.

Ecopolplast is a Polish technology company based in Gdynia, specialising in the production of high-performance polymer compounds from post-consumer recyclate. We developed the patented Ecoplastomer® technology: compounds that combine 100% recycled polypropylene or high-density polyethylene with a rubber modifier (tyre crumb or EPDM) and achieve mechanical properties comparable to virgin material.

Our compounds are suitable for injection moulding, thermoforming, compression moulding, welding and fused granular fabrication (FGF) 3D printing. They require no changes to the production process and no line retooling, as they are drop-in compatible with existing processing technologies.

We offer five standard grades (PP-E, PP, HDP-E, HDPE, TPE) as well as custom compounds developed for specific application requirements, with adjustable MFI, colour, degree of homogenisation and modification level. In addition to direct sales, we offer a technology licensing model that allows partners to produce Ecoplastomer® locally from regional secondary raw materials, without the need for their own R&D department.

Our materials are used in the automotive, logistics, infrastructure, construction and outdoor sectors. We hold the following certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV Rheinland), RecyClass (verification of recycled content), LCA (CO₂ reduction of up to 69% compared with virgin material) and JWA. We have implemented a Digital Product Passport that provides full traceability of every material batch.
