Activity description
ELREMET, a sheltered employment enterprise since 1985, is one of the most active cooperatives of persons with disabilities in Poland.
We manufacture polyethylene and laminate tubes for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Our modern, high-capacity machinery allows us to produce tubes in diameters of 16, 19, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 50 mm. We can produce single-layer and multilayer tubes with enhanced barrier properties, used as packaging for products with extended shelf life. Tubes can be printed by dry offset in up to 6 colours, by flexography and by screen printing. In addition, tubes can be coated with gloss or matt varnish and decorated by hot stamping. Tubes are closed with standard, soft line and flip-top caps in any colour. As an additional seal for the tube head orifice, we offer customers a heat-sealed membrane (so-called "Platynka"). We offer our customers full support, from designing the graphics and selecting the tube colour, through choosing the decoration method and print colours, to delivering the tubes to the specified address.
To maintain the required standard of finished products, we use only proven suppliers with an established reputation who guarantee high quality and durability of the raw materials they supply.
Long-term cooperation reflects our customers' satisfaction and the high quality of our products. Production in both product areas is supervised by the technology departments and quality control staff. Our in-house toolroom allows us to keep the plant fully ready for production.
