Activity description
EMPAC Polska Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of BIG BAG flexible intermediate bulk containers. Until 2 May 2012 the company was known as NORDENIA POLSKA Starogard Gd.
Our product range includes the following types of containers:
Pactainer® – flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) made of polypropylene fabric for bulk materials
Pactainer® ED – flexible containers with electrostatic discharge capability (used for dusty materials with explosion risk)
Flutainer® – flexible containers for the transport of liquids
Quintainer® – containers with additional shape stabilisers (baffles) for maximum use of storage space
Pacliner® – multilayer film liners with low permeability (polyethylene or aluminium)
Flexible containers for dangerous goods (UN certified)
Our products are made of coated or uncoated polypropylene fabrics, stabilised against UV radiation. All materials used in production are certified for food contact.
Our products meet high quality standards (ISO 9001:2008), and our production is environmentally sound (ISO 14001:2004). We have a hygiene management system in accordance with EN 15593.
Each container is designed individually to meet the customer's requirements, so that it provides an optimal solution for the transport, handling and storage of various materials, from bulk products and granules to semi-liquid and liquid substances. On request, we can also equip our packaging with a PE or aluminium film liner, shape stabilisers, additional seam sealing or printing.
