Formes was founded in 1981. Since its establishment, the company's core business has been the processing of plastics by injection moulding.

We provide contract manufacturing services to many companies in various industries.

Thorough knowledge of the industry, based on many years of experience in processing thermoplastics (PC, POM, ABS, PA, modified PA, PS, PP, PE, biodegradable materials), modern machinery and an experienced team ensure high quality and repeatability of our products. Injection moulding services are carried out in accordance with established process specifications and with full process documentation, which allows us to produce plastic parts that meet strict requirements for dimensions, appearance and quality. We design injection moulds for our customers. Injection moulds are manufactured in our own toolroom and in cooperation with toolmakers in Poland and abroad.

Our modern production plant, which meets European safety and environmental standards, includes:

- a production hall equipped with injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 50 to 550 tonnes and shot weights of up to 2500 grams. The machines are equipped with a range of peripheral equipment, including robots, vacuum loaders, temperature control units and dryers; we also have an overhead crane for easy transport and changeover of moulds

- an assembly hall

- a high-bay warehouse
